The bag is beautiful and the quality is great. However a couple of things -
The item arrived in approximately 2 weeks from Malaysia to Singapore. I found the “express” air shipping rate to be expensive. With that cost, you’ll expect that it should arrive faster than 2 weeks.
Second - Email confirmation said I would be informed when the item has been dispatched. This was not done. So I had to email them to find out where my item was. Upon emailing, the staff did respond the first time, but was unresponsive after multiple subsequent follow ups. I asked for them to give me the tracking details so I can track the item myself so I don’t have to bother them. But they were unresponsive after multiple emails.
Ultimately they chose to only respond to me 4 days later - very conveniently only after the item was marked as “delivered”, with an email one liner that says “I believe your order was already received” - the tone and manner was appalling.
If they didnt feel like responding to customer queries, perhaps next time share the tracking details like other online businesses upon dispatch, so as to avoid customers emailing them.
