Our workshops are a great group activity! Each workshop concludes in the creation of unique Batik Boutique products for everyone to take home and enjoy. Book a workshop to celebrate a birthday, to bring family and friends together, to build teamwork skills with your employees, and more!

Workshops take place in our studio in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are located at 3-2 (Second Floor) Jalan 26/70a, Desa Sri Hartamas, KL 50480, Malaysia.

We ship locally in Malaysia and globally.

Shipping Within Malaysia

The cost of shipping within Malaysia is provided as Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery of 2-3 working days. Orders over RM200 receive FREE shipping within Malaysia. Orders under RM200 pay a flat rate of RM10 for shipping within Malaysia.

International Shipping

We provide Express Air shipping for International orders, and pricing is based on your location and shipment weight. All orders over USD100 receive FREE International Shipping.

If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, do drop us an email within 7 days of receiving your product with your name, product number and reason for return.

Please state RETURNS & REFUNDS as your email Subject and also include a picture of the product received.  If your return is due to an error by Batik Boutique whereby a wrong or damaged product was shipped, we will happily provide you with a replacement of the damaged product if there is more stock. If there is no stock, we will offer to replace your product with a similarly-priced product. If this not available, we will refund your payment accordingly.

If the return is due to any other reason, such as sizing, you will be responsible for the shipping and any other associated costs in returning the item(s) back to us. Please send your return using a reliable carrier that provides a tracking option. We also recommend that you insure the return package as you will be responsible for the item(s) reach us in their original condition.

Please note:
No refunds will be issued for returned item(s) that have been used.
The Refund Policy will not be applicable after the 7-day return period.
